The world of Star Wars is here in Singapore! Lucasfilm inaugurate the Singapore Sandcrawler, a modern state of the art premises at One-North in Singapore. For the Star Wars fanatics, you will remember the Sandcrawler in the Star Wars Trilogy and the new building in Singapore is modelled after the Sandcrawler! The official opening of the Singapore Sandcrawler made many headlines in both local and international news!
I am a Star Wars fan, it’s one of the first movies that I watched when I was a young kid watching A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. After the Singapore Sandcrawler was officially opened, I went down together with DK (big Star Wars fan) to check out the Sandcrawler. We explored the surroundings and different angles to capture the Sandcrawler’s famous design. There is a beautiful lush green garden inside the Sandcrawler compound where we found Jedi Master Yoda!
Having paid a pilgrimage to Jedi Master Yoda at the Sandcrawler, the feeling is like Jedi Master Yoda wise words echoing through the garden “May The Force Be With You”!
