Day 4 of our program started off with a very early start, continuing from where we left on at the end of Day 3. We went to the nearby Tokachigaoka Park from Kangetsuen, for our hot air balloon adventure, operated by Tokachi Nature Centre! Waking up to a cold and chilly Hokkaido morning, looking through the windows from my hotel room, I can spot the rain clouds over the horizon and rain falling down over a part of the sea and coastal area.
