Whisky with a View Project – SG Edition

My journey with whisky appreciation grew exponentially after my maiden visit to the home of one of my favourite whisky brands, Nikka whisky in Hokkaido, Japan in 2016. A pilgrimage to Yoichi distillery, the birthplace of Nikka whisky, walking through a whisky history, heritage and culture, tasting and enjoying whisky, surrounded by gorgeous mountain and river beside the distillery. Over time, I slowly build up a small whisky collection as well as personal photography projects before arriving at Whisky with a view project – SG Edition. Whisky with a view project was partially inspired by this account on Instagram, traveling …

Today is 25th December 2018! It’s Christmas! This is the iconic Christmas tree located in Biei, Hokkaido, Japan! I do not have a lot of gatherings, parties, feasting, gifts exchanges etc during Christmas period, I don’t even show much pics too. Nevertheless, I am grateful for the small gifts, Christmas cards and private family gatherings. As I take time during this Christmas festive season to rest, recharge and wrap up year 2018, I would also like to take this time to send my appreciation and big thanks to family, relatives, friends and supporters for all the belief, support and encouragement.
