My journey with whisky appreciation grew exponentially after my maiden visit to the home of one of my favourite whisky brands, Nikka whisky in Hokkaido, Japan in 2016. A pilgrimage to Yoichi distillery, the birthplace of Nikka whisky, walking through a whisky history, heritage and culture, tasting and enjoying whisky, surrounded by gorgeous mountain and river beside the distillery. The Whisky Festival 2018 at Changi Airport

The Whisky Festival is back again to Singapore at our DFS Singapore Changi Airport. Whisky lovers, don’t miss it! While it had already started on 4thMay, this festival is held until 30thJune 2018 and whisky lovers are able to explore over 300 whiskeys from around the world! Hokkaido 2016 Photography Adventure Day 3

23rd October 2016 – Day 3 It’s Sunday in Hokkaido, another cold and chilly autumn morning with the cold wind blowing. My plan for the morning was to make a pilgrimage to a whiskey that I really like a lot, Nikka whiskey.
