Nikon, one of the world’s most recognisable camera brands, is celebrating a milestone of 100 years on 25th July 2017. The following news and information on their celebrations would be of great news to fellow photographer friends who are Nikon users!

Nikon celebrates its 100th anniversary on 25th July 2017 and as part of its centennial anniversary celebrations, the world leader in digital imaging has teamed up with long-standing Nikon photographers such as renowned underwater photographer Aaron Wong and Host and Social Media Personality Jemma Wei to develop a three-part online video series that pays homage to Nikon enthusiasts for their continued support.
Launched on Nikon’s Facebook page (Facebook.com/NikonSingapore), the video series shines a spotlight on relationships that create photo-worthy memories. With 100 years of history capturing moments, the brand believes that relationships cultivated shapes a person’s character and serves as an inspiration to do more. From amateur to professional photographers, the everyday Nikon user’s relationship with photography is the driving force behind their dedication to pursue the craft of capturing high quality images across a wide range of disciplines including sports, travel, nature and fashion.
Today, Nikon remains committed to building on its legacy of creating innovative photography devices to help storytellers everywhere capture and celebrate their passions in the quality they deserve. As the brand looks ahead to the next 100 years, Nikon wants to hear from its fans. Nikon users are encouraged to share, “What is your fondest photography moment?”. Five favourite entries will get to win a Nikon 100thAnniversary Tote Bag.

- This contest will commence from 11 July till 21 July, 2017 at 12:00pm – GMT+8.
- Participants are required to complete the following steps to qualify for the contest: Simply share what your fondest photography moment is in theFacebook comments section.
- Winners of the contest will win a Nikon 100th Anniversary Tote Bag.
- The five favourite entries will be announced on 24 July, 2017 by Nikon Singapore and decisions are final.
