It’s the first time I know “Lo Hei” means! What a pity!

We only eat Yu Sheng at GuangDong,but I don’t know there are so much culture inside it!

Maybe I should enjoy New year holiday with a real GuangDong local family, SO that I can learn much about these traditional things.

I must confess I only love the raw salmon in this dish…:) Had it 3 times..pre and during CNY celebrations.
