Rugby is sometimes a fast paced sports too ! Well, they have their line-outs, scrums, mauls, rucks that would be significantly slower and allowing easier photography opportunities.

For sports, the telephoto zoom would be 200mm to be ideal, if have 300mm or more, would be great !!

I am using 70-200mm F4 L, excellent lense for sports photography !

I would like to shoot sports but maybe a slower one like rugby would be good for an amateur.

I don’t have the proper arsenal though for sports photography.
