Canon recently announced their new Canon EOS 70D to their extensive list of DSLR and digital cameras family tree. When it was announced, I was pretty excited and reading through the posts on DPReview about the Canon EOS 70D. The Canon EOS 70D has some pretty awesome features added into it, making it a really good semi-professional DSLR camera suitable for both amateurs and professionals. I was once the owner of the Canon EOS 30D, a great workhorse DSLR that gave its heart and soul out to me when I used it for four wonderful years. Therefore, I have great trust in the double digit Canon EOS DSLR series like the Canon EOS 70D.
Some of the key features of the Canon EOS 70D that impressed me are
– 19 point cross-type AF System
– 7 fps
– Instant sharing and remote control withWi-Fi
Just imagine that you are a sports photographer or a photojournalist that needs the speed and connectivity to transmit your photographs to your agency, office, client or your own blog/FB page. You have a good advantage here!
