Chicken rice, is one of our popular dishes in Singapore, well known and well liked by both the locals and tourists too. Hainanese Chicken Rice is a wonderful cuisine, loved it greatly and I do regularly eat Hainanese Chicken Rice.

Situated in one of Singapore’s oldest shopping centre, on the 5th floor is this food outlet known as Hainanese Delicacy, a Hainanese Chicken Rice store that had been there for quite a number of years. During lunch time, it’s always crowded and have lots of people queuing up to eat there. One of their specialty is that their Hainanese Chicken Rice is boneless and customers don’t have to take away the bones before enjoying their chicken meat.

Take a look at the Hainanese Chicken, it’s tender and delicious, nicely cooked and not oily. The sauce that accompanies the Hainanese Chicken taste great too, bringing out the flavour of the Hainanese Chicken, a perfect compliment. For the rice, you would be to taste the aroma and chicken flavour that are inside the rice, not too soggy and their cooking style suits my taste buds. Their chili is not too spicy and have lots of “power” spiciness nevertheless, mix it nicely with their ginger paste and thick black soy sauce, you have an awesome combination for your Hainanese Chicken Rice.
