The Christmas festive season is here again as we entered into the month of December! This is the time for a festive holiday celebration with Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore Christmas Set Menu and Christmas Brunch, inspired by the bright lights of New York City, where the concept was founded.
The Christmas Set Menu (S$188 per pax, min. 2 pax) is available exclusively from Thursday 24th December to Sunday 27th December. This Christmas Set Menu begins with a Beverly Hills Chopped Salad and Crab Cake, the appetiser before a seasonal entrée of USDA Prime Porterhouse Steak – which the restaurant is renowned for, accompanied by succulent Honey Baked Ham arrives next. The festive side dishes include Pumpkin Mashed Potato, Brussel Sprouts with Bacon, and Vichy-Style Carrots. Rounding up at the end of the Christmas Set Menu is the homemade Carrot Cake for dessert.
As for brunch, this a staple on the New York dining scene. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore will pay homage to this tradition with a specially curated Christmas Brunch Menu, available from 1130am to 430pm from Thursday 24th December to Friday 25th December, and 11am to 430pm on Saturday 26th December and Sunday 27th December. The diners typical brunch favourites such as Steak and Eggs (S$45) and Wolfgang’s Egg Benedict (S$30) will be available alongside festive additions, including the Festive Prime Rib Roast (S$165) and Boneless Turkey Breast with Vegetables (S$28).
If you are planning to have drinks and have a toast to the Christmas festive season, there are hand-picked selection of Champagne and wines from Wolfgang’s Steakhouse impressive cellar. The expert bar team will also be on hand to shake up an array of festive cocktails, including Santa’s Cane –white chocolate liquor, vanilla vodka, crème de cacao, peppermint –Sleigh Bells –cranberry, tequila, lime, Cointreau –and Ginger Mule –ginger ale, champagne, cotton candy. Catering to those hoping to stay sober over the season, the team have also created two special mocktails, the Jolly Zest –mango, honey, lime, soda –and the Gingerbread Eggnog –gingerbread, milk, cream.
